Service Conditions

These Service Conditions govern the provision of professional services by XIXUS LLC, including consulting, technology integration, infrastructure deployment, support, and related services.

1. Scope of Services

All services shall be defined in a written quotation, proposal, statement of work (SOW), or service agreement. In case of conflict, the signed agreement shall prevail.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to required facilities, systems, personnel, and information necessary for the proper delivery of services.

3. Modifications and Change Requests

Any change to the scope of work must be documented in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be defined in the applicable agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension.

5. Warranties

Unless expressly stated in writing, services are provided without additional warranties. Product warranties are provided solely by their respective manufacturers or licensors.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential and proprietary information and to use such information solely for performance of the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

XIXUS LLC’s total liability related to the services shall be limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Service Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles
